The whole experience was simple and the customer service is great. I was sent photos of the progression and asked to approve before moving on between steps. The only reason I give 4 stars is there aren’t many skin and hair colour options. The person I got made has fairer skin than the fairest option, and white blonde hair, which wasn’t an option. And if I ever wanted one, there was no in between bright orange and brown hair option so it wouldn’t be realistic
