Amazing quality

I worked with the BobbleGifts team to make a character that looked like my partner. I do not think they have qualified artists who know how to make these. I had to instruct them on what was wrong or right in multiple emails back and forth, and even then once I received it the bobble head looks like someone completely different. Wrong skin colour, wrong nose, wrong eyes, the lot. I have emailed them back to correct this and have not heard back in over 2 weeks.
