Sculpting process started off well with changes made of features as per requests, however, noted that the skin tone was way too light and they said they'd fix this. The fix was painting over the sculpture which made the skin look very burnt (very patchy and uneven). They advised they couldn't make it better and would have to do a new sculpture. The new sculpture looked nothing like the subject and was totally different to the original sculpture. I also paid extra for fast sculpting, however, it took several months because the artist went on holidays part way through the sculpting process. I was advised I would be refunded the fee paid for fast sculpting, but never was. Overall, was very disappointed with the final product and couldn't give it as a gift as it looked nothing like the person I wanted to gift it to. A lot of money to spend on something that can't be used.
