Ordered a bobblehead for my son who just graduated from NSW Police Academy. Sent the company photos of him on his uniform as required and filled out a short questionnaire about skin and hair colour. They then proceeded to produce the bobblehead, sending pictures at each stage of production, including completed bobblehead for evaluation, before they posted it. Even the packaging was so well done that it would probably take something running over it to damage it. All in all I am extremely satisfied with the service, time taken and quality of the product, there is no doubt looking at it that it is my son. Well worth every dollar spent and worth at least 5 stars. Will be ordering more bobbleheads in the future. Thank you
