The quality of the bobble head is very good, process of communication was great and the shipping was well packed and it arrived safely. However overall the process of moulding was a little dissatisfying. In excellent service, the company did give almost unlimited revisions however often the requested revisions did not appear to show any difference. Two people ended up modelling, the first seemed very inexperienced and did not appear to review additional photos given after the first couple of moulds did not even vaguely resemble the original photos and requested changes did not appear to be satisfactorily made and one review it was very clear that no change had been made at all, which is as frustrating. I understand they are caricatures but overall the rendition is not as good as previous models I have ordered from the same company and after requesting various changes for almost 3 weeks and having very little change I became a little tired.
I am quite happy with the result but the artistry could have been better.
