From placing the order to the feedback along the way to get the image right and receiving a fun bobble head to sit on my 60th birthday cake - can’t fault them - everyone thought it was amazing
From start to finish communication was great. We managed to view the process and confirm if we were happy before the next steps were taken. It was a very well received retirement gift and she loved it! Very unique gift idea. Postage was quick and well packaged. Only thing i would say is its not made in the UK.......CHINA!
I'm super happy with the outcome. I was not happy with the time it took to make it and shipping was way longer than expected but I also didn't know it was coming from China so that's always a longer shipping time. I ordered a month in advance for Christmas and it came a week later but still worth it as long as you order way ahead! I paid for expedited and it was late so definitely wouldn't bother with the extra money...
Realistic and humorous, very detailed and collaborative in the production process, great product highly recommended.
Omg I cannot put into words how happy I am, my bobble head is perfect and so life like, everyone loves it, I can not thank you enough. I’m already designing my next one
The quality of the item was great. It matched the description and definitely met my expectations. It was purchased as a gift and the person that received it loved it. I got a ton of compliments on this and will definitely order again and recommend to others looking.
Wasn’t sure how my wife would react to the doll but she loves it! Thank you very much 👍🏻
