Items Still not received despite I pay for express delivery

I ordered a Bobblehead of my nephew (sitting in a chair) from a photo that I supplied to Bobblehead. It's just awesome and he LOVES it. What a unique gift that will never be forgotten!

Thank you BobbleGifts for creating a wonderfully fun gift for me son’s birthday. I appreciated the step by step communication from Jessica to confirm the artist was including all details and extras as requested. Clearly much effort was being made to pay attention to detail. I was happy to make up the difference when an additional cost was required for extra accessories, it was an appropriate and small cost that made all the diffrence to the final product. Highly recommend.

It was good to have the option for faster delivery at the end and the payment process to adjust for this was easy too.

Jessica was so wonderful to work with on the unique dolls. She perfectly incorporated all of the ideas to create such lifelike and gorgeous dolls. Thank you for your patience, quick work and fast delivery.
